Welcome!!    We are located in Checotah, Oklahoma, 2 miles off the Interstate-40. We moved here in 2006 from Posey, California.

In 1998 we purchased our first Nubian after watching a friend milk her goat. The following year we joined the goat project with our local 4-H club.  And the joy of the dairy goats has remained ever since.
The children have all grown up, and that has left me to venture out into the world of Dairy goats with peers of my own. While I can say it is quite different than the youth shows I am used to, I have enjoyed every minute of the learning experience and meeting new fellow goat friends.
As the new year has approached. We are very excited about the new additions added to the herd as well as the upcoming new babies soon to arrive.  We decided not to add the Saanens so we can focus 100% on the Nubians.
We are looking forward to building a new milk room were we can go as close to dairy specifications as possible without becoming a dairy.  We want to try our hand at making butter and cheeses, both soft and hard.  We have alot in store for our girls this year.  So continue to check back often for updates.
Should you have any comments or questions please feel free to email  anytime.  Also we have created a Facebook page, like our page and follow along with our updates or share common interests with us.  We love hearing from you.
Thanks for looking at our pages and we hope to..... SEE YA AT THE SHOWS!!

We test annually and have a CAE/CL free herd.
All kids are pulled at birth and bottled raised. At this time we do not pasturize our milk. We feel since our herd is negative that raw is more natural, although should someone request a kid to be raised strictly on pasturized colostrum and milk we will do so for the purchase.
All does are fed a mixture of Dairy Goat Power, Dairy Goat Ration, Beet Pulp, and Calf Manna twice a day. Alfalfa once a day and free choice grass hay and fresh water.
Kids are fed N-timidator, hay and water. And given milk for as long as they will drink it. We like to provide Fastrack to the feed as a method of proper digestion.
